- Φ50mm galvanized steel rollers with precise bearings guarantee fairly low noise and long life span.
- Twin PVC rollers,stainless steel rollers also available for certain sensitive cargo.
- Effective roller width are 600mm as standard(300mm~1000mm as options).
- 50kg per linear meter load capacity
- Heavy duty powder coated steel side plates ensure maximum strength and durability,bright Zinc plated side plates also available.
- Supporting legs are fully adjustable from 700mm to 1000mm as standard(800mm to 1200mm as option).
- Easy to move around on Dia 100mm heavy duty lockable swivel polyurethane casters.
- With package stop end bar to prevent cartons from falling off the conveyors.
- Can be made in custom lengths to suit your individual conveying application.
- Quickly and easily join two or more units together to expand your system.
Packing and Shipping
① Take off legs and packed in cartons.
② Lay conveyor bodies on plywood pallets and wrapped with cardboard, bubble film and stretch film.Then put the leg cartons over the pallet and fix them together by bandage.
